About Us
Pet Town was founded on 1 January 2015 (previously called “Pet Travel Thailand”). Our founder Yoss used to work in freight-forwarder company taking care of live-animal shipments. Yoss, the owner of 3 beagles “Robin, Je t’aime and Olly”, saw how expensive the animal shipments can be and felt that pet owners were being charged at unfair rates. He resigned and started his own business, promising to provide high-quality services with reasonable prices. Pet Town provides all-in-one worldwide pet relocations services.
Manifest Cargo
For large breeds that are unaccompanied by owners, we will process all flight bookings, documentations, customs clearances until the pets are departed.
Checked-In Baggage
Pets will travel along with the owners, but they are not allowed in the cabin. They will be in the cargo holds.
Checked-In Cabin
Pets will travel with owners in the cabin but only with compliant airlines. Pets will be placed under passengers’ seats.
Serviced Animals
Serviced animals can travel in the cabin with disabled passengers.
